James G. Rogers, III, FAIA

Jim Rogers leads James G. Rogers Architects with a
passion for design that matters and a dedication to the
success of every project. He specializes in the master
planning and design of educational facilities, sports
and recreational facilities, private clubs, and corporate
offices. His clients, many of them long-standing,
particularly value his vision and insight into the role of
the built environment in advancing client missions.
Prior to the launch of James G. Rogers Architects, Jim
was a principal and founding partner at Butler Rogers
Baskett Architects. Founded in 1979, BRB grew from a
handful of creative professionals to a highly-respected,
award-winning architecture and design firm with over
80 staff members. |
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University
and a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia
University. He is a frequent speaker at educational
conferences and has served for many years as a trustee
of Philips Exeter Academy, most recently as president.
He is the past president of the New Canaan Society for
the Arts and past president of the Yale Golf Association.
