Greens Farms Academy was built around the core of a beautiful and historically significant 1920 Vanderbilt mansion. The first of two projects was a new 8,500 sf Middle School classroom building and 13,000 sf renovation. The second project was a renovation and addition to the cafeteria and kitchen.
